Yet another pair of endtimes buffoons, Daymond and Rachel
Duck run the ministry(?) Prophecy Plus, and assure us (among other things) that
they do “not believe Pres. Obama is the Antichrist,” which could suggest a
glimmer of sanity were it not for the conversational implicature raised by the
felt need to say it. In the words of the Ducks Obama instead “provides a
picture of how the Antichrist will rise to power and what he will do.” The
reason this is not enough evidence to establish that Obama is the Antichrist is
that, as the Ducks see it, “the Antichrist will rise to power in Europe not the
United States.” Their list of things that Obama and the Antichrist have in
common is here,
and includes such compelling and chill-inducing commonalities as “The Antichrist
will have a mouth speaking great things and Pres. Obama is hailed as a great
speaker;” and “The Antichrist will do according to his will. Concerning
stimulus packages, billion dollar bailouts, the healthcare bill, etc., Pres.
Obama appears to be ignoring the polls and doing according to his will;” as
well as “The Antichrist and False Prophet will require everyone to receive the
Mark, name or number of the Antichrist in their right hand or forehead The
original healthcare bill (H.R. 3200) requires everyone to be chipped.” How’s
that for evidence? And yes, the Ducks are also into the FEMA concentration camp conspiracies,
since they were ostensibly proven to be accurate by Jesse Ventura;
Obama is just waiting to persecute and incarcerate those who oppose the New
World Order.
At least the Ducks have been forward enough to give us an
approximate date for the rapture: it will occur between 2018 and 2028.
A list of their rants can be found here (particularly interesting is their weighing in on political issues regarding
Israel,
which at least have the virtue of not being unnecessarily complicated, and
their erudite discussion of the difference between Christianity and Communism).
Diagnosis: Daymond has also written a series of books “God’s
words for the Biblically Inept”, and I suppose “ineptitude” is a word that will
remain associated with the Ducks. Probably harmless.
(Note: we could find no picture of Rachel Duck, so Daymond will have to grace this entry by himself)
OK, I know that this is too obvious, but it's irresistable:
